Jarratt Web Services is run by me, Jack Jarratt, as a sole trader based in Runcorn, Cheshire. This policy explains what happens to your information if you use this website or get in touch through it. If you have any questions, just email contactus@jarrattwebservices.com.
If you fill in the contact form, I collect whatever you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. I don't collect anything else automatically - this site doesn't use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels.
Only to reply to your enquiry. I don't add you to a mailing list, share your details with anyone for marketing, or use them for anything beyond having the conversation you started.
When you submit the contact form, it's sent as an email to my inbox using Brevo, a third-party email delivery service. Brevo processes the message only to deliver it to me - it isn't used for anything else on their end as far as this site is concerned.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch those fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request - the same as it would be for almost any website using web fonts. No cookies are set by this in the process.
I keep enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably useful for our conversation and, if you become a client, for our ongoing working relationship - then I delete them. I don't keep indefinite records of enquiries that don't go anywhere.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it - just email me and I'll sort it. If you're ever unhappy with how your information has been handled, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If this ever changes - for example if I start using analytics or a booking tool that needs cookies - I'll update this page and, if it's a meaningful change, add a cookie notice at that point.
